Why a common exhibition ?
For several years, SFV (French Vacuum Society) and A3TS (Heat Treatment & Surface Treatment Association) have taken actions to widen the scope of their activities in order to improve the service that they want to bring to research and industrial partners in their business sectors.
The synergy between the Vacuum Exhibition and the A3TS Exhibition and Heat Treatment and surface Engineering conference will reinforce these actions.
SVTM 2009 will be a unique opportunity for participants and visitors to have positive contacts with more than 100 companies who will exhibit their most recent products and services, and will also present focused industrial conferences and technical/business discussions (forum).
A3TS (Heat Treatment & Surface Treatment Association) is the only French technical heat treatment and surface treatment association with more than 700 members representing nearly 500 businesses belonging to all the branches of the metal processing industries and their partners the research centres, universities, engineering schools etc.
The French Vacuum Society (SFV) is a non-profit association founded in 1945 to promote Vacuum Technique and vacuum-related technologies. To fulfill this ojective, the French Vacuum Society organizes vacuum courses, scientific conferences and exhibitions of vacuum equipment. Every year since 1998, SFV organizes the "Salon du Vide", a vacuum exhibition which is a key meeting for vacuum tecnology and vacuum manufacturers and users. MOre than 60 exhibitors present their latest developments in vacuum technology and vacuum-related products and services.
